It may be a cliche – but we believe in leaving the world better than we found it. As a web development business, we recognize the impact that we can have on the environment, even in the digital space.

While we are at the beginning of our journey toward formalizing our approach to sustainability, we are committed to fostering a caring and environmentally responsible culture within our workplace. This means:

    • Encouraging our team of 20 to adopt environmentally friendly habits, both at work and in their personal lives.
    • Providing resources and support to help staff understand their role in creating a more sustainable future.
  2. Reducing Environmental Impact
    • Identifying ways to minimize our carbon footprint, such as reducing energy consumption, optimizing remote work practices, and sourcing sustainable materials where applicable.
    • Promoting responsible waste management, including recycling and reducing unnecessary waste in our operations.
  3. Continuous Improvement
    • Committing to regularly evaluate our practices and explore new opportunities to integrate sustainability into our business operations.
    • Setting realistic, incremental goals as we develop a more formal sustainability framework.
  4. Community Engagement
    • Supporting local and global environmental initiatives that align with our values.
    • Encouraging collaboration and discussion around sustainability among staff and partners.
